We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team. This individual will provide personal, accurate, professional, and courteous service and resolution to our customers while managing relationships. You will also work with sales and logistics to meet customer needs and resolve problems.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to legislated and Company standards for safety, control, and housekeeping,
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with established Company standards, policies, legislative requirements, and collective agreement provisions, through regular safety crew meetings, general discussion, and individual communications,
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer enquiries within established service standards,
- Adhere to complaint handling and privacy procedures,
- Supports business retention goals through positive customer relations,
- Respond to telephone, email and voice mail enquiries from customers and distribution partners, and maintain ownership of each enquiry from start to problem resolution; resolve escalated enquiries or escalate issues for resolution,
- Research, investigate and collaborate with the appropriate subject matter expert to make a recommendation or decide upon a solution; access and obtain data from multiple information systems to respond to questions.
Your profile:
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of similar experience,
- High school diploma or equivalency,
- Candidates must have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills,
- Candidates must have strong computer skills including experience with MS Office.
- Candidates must be able to legally work in Canada at the time of applying for the position.
Compensation:
- This is a salary position plus an annual bonus and relocation assistance,
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision care and medical benefits along with vacation and defined benefit pension plan.
